We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall operations.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Resolve product or service problems with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in processing orders, forms, and requests
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (1+ years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
