We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team. This role serves as a critical point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring consistent communication, timely support, and high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly
Assist in onboarding new clients and managing account changes
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns
Prepare service reports and provide updates to management as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
