We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our team. This role serves as a critical point of contact between the company and our clients, ensuring consistent communication, timely support, and high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and managing account changes

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential concerns

  • Prepare service reports and provide updates to management as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
