We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling high volumes of information with accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and consistency of our data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases

  • Review and verify source documents for accuracy

  • Organize and file physical or digital documents

  • Generate reports and data summaries as required

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies

  • Perform routine backups and data audits

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
