Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in San Antonio. In this role, you will support internal and external communication initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and help drive messaging strategies across various platforms. You will play a vital role in strengthening our voice and maintaining clear, effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute communication plans aligned with brand objectives

• Write, edit, and proofread internal documents, newsletters, and press releases

• Support the development of presentations, proposals, and company reports

• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure messaging accuracy

• Maintain and update content calendars and communication logs

• Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and client meetings

• Monitor communication performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools is a plus
