We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
