  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective service and consistent follow-up

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions

  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in client service, administrative support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
