We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our New Orleans team. This role is vital to keeping our office operations smooth and supporting our management team in daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including answering calls, managing emails, and scheduling meetings
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and correspondence
Support internal communications and coordinate with team members and clients
Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and document deliveries
Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
