We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting daily office operations, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth and productive work environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed

  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments

  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement needs

  • Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of professionalism and discretion
