The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing schedules, communications, and organizational priorities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Screen and route incoming communications with discretion
Maintain confidential records and files
Support project tracking and follow-up tasks
Liaise with departments and external contacts on behalf of executives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
