The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing schedules, communications, and organizational priorities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, maintains confidentiality, and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events

  • Screen and route incoming communications with discretion

  • Maintain confidential records and files

  • Support project tracking and follow-up tasks

  • Liaise with departments and external contacts on behalf of executives

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
