Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, solving problems, and supporting project execution. You will work directly with senior account managers to ensure clients receive exceptional service and that all campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts and assist with client communications

• Support the development and execution of client projects and deliverables

• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external use

• Maintain accurate records of account activity and client feedback

• Assist in troubleshooting client concerns and provide timely resolutions

• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project timelines and client expectations

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role (internships included)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
