We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in client relations, sales support, and account management. You will work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the satisfaction and success of our clients while developing your skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in managing client portfolios

  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and client documentation

  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Monitor account performance and assist in identifying improvement opportunities

  • Attend training sessions to gain knowledge of company products and services

  • Maintain accurate records and update client information in internal systems

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional team
