Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product, billing, or shipping issues with efficiency and care
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support
Document and track recurring issues for internal teams
Collaborate with fulfillment and operations to ensure timely order resolution
Contribute to improving customer support workflows and processes
Qualifications
