Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team development, and strategic planning. As a Leadership Development Associate, you will work closely with department heads and executive leaders to support initiatives that cultivate talent, improve performance, and drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing leadership development programs

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent development needs

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership assessments

• Track and evaluate leadership performance metrics

• Support succession planning and mentorship efforts

• Research and apply best practices in leadership and organizational development

• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders

• Participate in strategic planning and change management projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Project management experience is a plus
