Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. Your ability to build trust and maintain strong client connections will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions

• Maintain and update client records in the company database

• Track client feedback and coordinate improvements with relevant departments

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and account summaries

• Support the onboarding of new clients

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a client service or account management role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
