We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our Tampa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, handling inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person
Assist clients with account-related inquiries and service requests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client needs
Provide clear and concise information about products and services
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Identify opportunities for improving client service processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude
