We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate to join our Tampa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, handling inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person 
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries and service requests 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system 
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client needs 
- Provide clear and concise information about products and services 
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns 
- Identify opportunities for improving client service processes 
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred 
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude
