Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is a hands-on program designed to prepare future leaders through structured training, mentorship, and real-world business exposure. Responsibilities:

• Participate in leadership training programs and workshops

• Assist department heads with project execution and team coordination

• Learn and apply business strategies across operations, sales, and customer engagement

• Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvements

• Shadow senior leaders to gain insight into business decision-making

• Present findings and recommendations to management regularly

Qualifications:
