Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups
Prepare and manage sales documentation, proposals, and reports
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information
Support lead generation and prospecting activities
Schedule meetings, calls, and maintain client records
Track sales performance and help identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
