Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Manage day-to-day communications and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines and deliverables

  • Monitor client needs and proactively offer solutions to support their business goals

  • Prepare reports, track progress, and present campaign updates to clients

  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction

  • Contribute to client strategy planning and growth initiatives

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales support

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
