Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in enhancing internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and supporting the brand’s voice across all professional platforms and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal memos, reports, and formal client communications.

• Support communication strategies for real estate projects, company updates, and announcements.

• Assist in organizing press materials and professional presentations.

• Maintain records of communication documents and ensure brand consistency.

• Collaborate with departments to gather and deliver relevant and timely information.

• Respond to inquiries and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, customer relations, or administrative role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
