The Sales Assistant will provide direct support to our sales team, coordinate client communications, and ensure efficient operations throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documentation

  • Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries and leads

  • Support the coordination of property viewings and open house events

  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports

  • Communicate with clients professionally, ensuring top-tier service and follow-through

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations

  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
