Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the management team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and play a key role in maintaining efficient administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Maintain and update records and filing systems
Assist with invoice processing and office supply management
Support HR, finance, and operations departments as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
Perform general office duties to support the team
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Reliable, punctual, and resourceful
