The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
Resolve service issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team
Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and ongoing support
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client engagement
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
