Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests

  • Resolve service issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team

  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and ongoing support

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client engagement

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
