Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes
Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements
