  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

  • Resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information

  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes

  • Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements

Qualifications
