Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing events from conception through to completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring each event meets client expectations, adheres to budget, and delivers outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events including corporate, promotional, and brand-specific activations

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met

• Develop detailed event timelines, floorplans, and logistical strategies

• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor event budgets and provide regular cost updates

• Collect post-event feedback to improve future planning

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align event messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or project management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus
