Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
