Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops

• Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in leadership development

• Analyze program outcomes and prepare reports for continuous improvement
