We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, building lasting relationships, and supporting the delivery of tailored solutions to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed
Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and service optimizations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or sales support
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
