We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain scheduling and appointment calendars

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
