We are looking for a professional and organized Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times. This role is essential for maintaining efficient communication within the office and supporting our internal teams.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Support basic administrative duties such as data entry and filing
Collaborate with other departments to support office needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
