Job Description

Sonar Spark is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems

• Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct any identified issues

• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information

• Perform regular data backups and generate required reports

• Organize and file physical and digital records as necessary

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy

• Meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role

• Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
