Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business objectives and brand positioning
Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide decision-making
Prepare and present marketing plans, timelines, and performance reports to leadership
Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
Monitor competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and sales objectives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing coordination, or campaign management
Strong understanding of market research and strategic planning
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools
Experience in B2B or staffing industry marketing is a plus
