Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help amplify our brand’s presence. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and presentations

  • Support branding and messaging consistency across all communications

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights

  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing goals

  • Manage and update content on internal platforms and marketing databases

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or related role

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
