We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and ensure that all inquiries and concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

  • Provide detailed product or service information to customers

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent support

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
