Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company services.

• Coordinate and track marketing activities, including print materials, events, and advertising.

• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.

• Monitor marketing performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and campaign timelines.

• Support the preparation and execution of property-related events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or related industries.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
