We are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and effective support. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and support case resolution

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support

  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and service-related documentation

  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
