Captura Hall is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to build relationships, identify client needs, and present solutions that align with our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings with prospective clients

  • Assist in identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions

  • Present and explain Captura Hall’s services clearly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using internal tools

  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company

  • Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting services

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
