Next Comms Talk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents

  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide product/service information

  • Support the sales process from lead generation to order completion

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
