Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Representative to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in both written and verbal communication and is passionate about supporting internal and external communication efforts across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications and client-facing materials.

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and corporate documents.

  • Support the execution of communication plans and campaigns.

  • Track communication metrics and prepare performance summaries.

  • Handle inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses to clients and partners.

  • Contribute to company newsletters, announcements, and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
