Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is essential in maintaining efficient office functions, assisting senior staff, and managing administrative processes to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize office records, databases, and supplies inventory.
Support internal teams with administrative needs and cross-departmental communication.
Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic financial documentation.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
