We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing and coordinating the execution of various client and internal projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and follow-up items
Identify and help resolve potential roadblocks to project progress
Ensure resources are allocated appropriately across teams
Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
PMP certification is a plus but not required
