We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Representative to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, outstanding service, and long-term partnerships. You will play an essential role in maintaining client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to support their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Prepare and present reports, updates, and proposals to clients.

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to support client growth.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
