We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of client and internal events. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of company and client events from concept to completion

  • Handle logistics including venue research, scheduling, vendor communication, and material preparation

  • Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place and run smoothly

  • Track and manage event budgets and timelines

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and deliverables

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports

  • Maintain accurate records and databases for event planning and reporting

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
