Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various channels, internally and externally. This role involves supporting communication initiatives, drafting content, and collaborating with multiple departments to maintain brand voice and messaging integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of internal and external communication strategies

• Draft press releases, newsletters, reports, and other written materials

• Maintain and update internal communication platforms

• Coordinate with departments to ensure message consistency

• Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Support event planning and communication logistics

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
