Messa Sync is seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our expanding team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales pipeline. This is a client-facing position requiring excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients and target markets

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and meetings to qualify leads

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings

  • Schedule appointments and presentations for senior sales staff

  • Track interactions and update lead information in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging

  • Attend networking events and trade shows as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client engagement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
