Job Description

Messa Sync is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our growing operations in Tampa, FL. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

• Basic knowledge of inventory software and systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
