We are currently seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our Dallas, TX office. This position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and administrative skills and a welcoming presence.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate staff members
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
Provide basic administrative support to various departments as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with onboarding procedures for new employees and office guests
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
